The configuration of automotive acoustics is transitioning from 6-8 speakers in the internal combustion engine era to the mainstream of more than 20 speakers in new energy vehicles, with flagship models even exceeding 40 speakers. Compatible with over 30 products, equipped with an automatic screw supply system, supporting continuous feeding without stoppage; tool replacement is convenient, supporting quick replacement of sockets and bits; the system has high flexibility, and the screw tightening trajectory can be flexibly adjusted and programmed according to specific process requirements.

Intelligent carrier buffering

Provides critical buffering and process coordination functions for the production line, ensuring continuous, stable, and efficient operation. The overall installation accuracy is high, with strong adaptability, supporting quick switching of product types and production tasks across the entire line.

High-precision CSL inspection

Widely applicable to various products, supporting multi-dimensional inspections such as pin height, position accuracy, and bending angle, with inspection accuracy up to ±0.05mm, capable of continuous stable operation, with detection accuracy reaching 99.95%.
