Ms. Gong Chenyu Honored with the Women Leaders in Energy Award – Asia-Pacific

Recently, the winners of the Women Leaders in Energy Awards 2026 were officially announced as part of The Battery Show Asia. Ms. Chenyu Gong, Senior Vice President, CFO and CHRO of Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD), received the honor in recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions to innovation, earning strong recognition from across the industry.

This year’s Women Leaders in Energy Awards attracted outstanding candidates from more than 20 countries and regions. The award recognizes women who have demonstrated excellence in energy technology innovation, renewable energy development, energy policy advancement, and industry transformation. With her deep expertise and strategic insight in the new energy equipment sector, Ms. Gong distinguished herself among a highly competitive global field, emerging as one of the leading female voices driving innovation across the energy industry.

Since joining LEAD, Ms. Gong has led a series of impactful initiatives to advance the company’s financial digitalization. By establishing integrated digital financial operations, she significantly enhanced LEAD’s capabilities in financial planning and analysis, enabling more efficient, intelligent, and forward-looking decision-making support for management.
