Delivering Warmth in Winter, LEAD Joins Social Work Department to Support the New Workforce

Recently, Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD) partnered with the Social Work Department of the Xinwu District Committee to launch the “Winter Warmth, Shared Care” outreach initiative. The program focused on the needs of new workforce groups, including food delivery riders and courier drivers, offering practical support during the winter season while reinforcing the company’s commitment to social responsibility.

As a global provider of intelligent manufacturing solutions for the new energy industry, LEAD has long integrated ESG principles into its development strategy, remaining committed to its philosophy of “technology for good.” Alongside advancing technological innovation and promoting green development, the company actively embraces its broader social responsibilities by paying attention to the livelihoods of emerging workforce groups and helping foster a more inclusive and supportive social environment. The winter outreach initiative reflects LEAD’s continued effort to translate ESG commitments into tangible actions that benefit society.

During the event, a joint delegation formed by LEAD and the Social Work Department of Xinwu District visited multiple courier and food delivery stations, as well as frontline service outlets. The team presented seasonal care packages and New Year gifts to workers who remain on duty throughout the winter months. They also took the opportunity to learn about the workers’ daily conditions and expressed appreciation for their dedication in maintaining essential urban services despite harsh weather, while encouraging them to stay warm and prioritize travel safety.

Recognizing the outdoor nature of their work, LEAD carefully prepared practical care packages containing winter protection items and everyday essentials, reflecting the company’s commitment to building a harmonious society and advancing sustainable development.

As winter temperatures drop, the spirit of care remains strong. For LEAD, ESG is not a slogan but a reflection of corporate responsibility. The initiative not only delivered warmth to members of the new workforce, but also strengthened their sense of well-being and community belonging, aligning closely with the charitable support framework for “Two Enterprises and Three New Groups” promoted by the Wuxi High-Tech Zone.

Looking ahead, LEAD will continue to deepen its “technology for good” philosophy. Through the Nuanguang Public Welfare Foundation, the company plans to expand a wide range of community initiatives, further advancing ESG practices while fostering a stronger integration between corporate development and social progress. In doing so, LEAD aims to contribute its strength to building a more sustainable and inclusive future.
