First Win of 2026 | Perovskite Turnkey Line by LEAD Passes Acceptance by Leading Client

At the start of 2026, Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD) has secured an early milestone. A perovskite solar cell turnkey production line tailored for a leading technology company has recently passed high-standard customer acceptance.

Focusing on the needs of industrialization, LEAD has structured its technology roadmap and service capabilities around perovskite coating technologies, building a strong core platform for the emerging sector. To date, the company has supported several customers in advancing perovskite mass production, with some achieving cell efficiencies exceeding 20% on square-meter-scale devices, further validating the technology’s industrial potential.

From solution design to final acceptance, the project was executed with remarkable efficiency. It not only enabled a seamless transition of perovskite technology from laboratory research to mass production but also provided the client with a solid foundation to accelerate its move toward leadership in next-generation photovoltaic technology. The successful delivery once again demonstrates LEAD’s capability to provide end-to-end system solutions and full-cycle project execution in cutting-edge new energy technologies.

Technical Highlights

One Production Line, Built for the Future

The delivered perovskite production line centers on coating processes and integrates key manufacturing stages including substrate cleaning, laser scribing, coating, and vacuum deposition, effectively connecting the critical steps required for perovskite cell fabrication. The project represents a true mass-production-ready turnkey solution.

Given the rapid evolution of perovskite technologies, LEAD embedded a “full-compatibility architecture” into the production line from the design stage:

Comprehensive Process Coverage

Deep compatibility with multiple technological routes, including dry and wet processes, as well as rigid and flexible device architectures.

Fully In-house Core Technologies

All key functional modules are 100% independently developed and manufactured, ensuring technological autonomy and reliability at the source.

Integrated R&D-to-Mass Production Platform

The line flexibly supports the transition from laboratory validation to large-scale industrial manufacturing, enabling a smooth scale-up pathway.

Through system-level integration and optimization of critical process parameters, the line has reached industry-leading efficiency levels, supporting the client’s exploration and breakthroughs across multiple technology pathways.

Delivery Story

Creating Certainty Under Extreme Constraints

In the new energy equipment sector, a true competitive moat lies not only in equipment specifications but also in the ability to deliver under demanding conditions.

Behind this successful acceptance lies LEAD’s unwavering commitment to a customer-first approach.

Engineering Within Tight Constraints

Facing extremely limited laboratory space at the customer’s site, the project team redesigned the process layout and fine-tuned equipment structures. Through meticulous engineering adjustments, a complete experimental process flow was successfully integrated into a highly constrained environment.

Production Started Before the Team Arrived

When the customer’s operating personnel had not yet fully assembled on site, LEAD’s process engineers volunteered to step in, stationing themselves at the facility to produce sample cells on behalf of the client. This ensured that project timelines remained on track while allowing the customer to capture a critical market window.

Parallel Project Execution

Laboratory construction, equipment manufacturing, and formulation verification were carried out simultaneously. This multi-track execution model, reflecting the “LEAD speed” of project delivery, transformed a complex non-standard engineering project into a series of clearly defined and controllable milestones—delivering genuine operational certainty for the customer.

Delivery, however, marks not the end of the journey but the beginning of deeper collaboration.

Looking ahead to 2026, LEAD will continue to anchor its strategy in technological innovation, further strengthening its perovskite equipment and process ecosystem. Working alongside industry partners, the company aims to expand into emerging applications such as smart wearables, flexible power generation, and low-light energy harvesting, contributing to the next phase of high-quality development in the global new energy industry.
