Laser Notching and Slitting Machine

Product Overview

The machine integrates laser notching and slitting functions. It first cuts the uncoated foils into tabs at high speed, and then slits the wide electrode into narrow strips for subsequent processing.

Features

Small burrs, less heat affect, and higher notching quality;

High-speed laser notching control system, with a stable production speed of 120m/min (for tabs shorter than 25mm);

High-precision tandem roller transfer system, with a total length accuracy of ±1.5mm for 6m electrode, and ±3mm for 12m electrode, respectively;

Air knife, magnetic bar, brushes, negative pressure dedusting, FFU, and dust collector are configured to control dust and impurities, ensuring high production safety.

Rewinding unit: Air shaft rewinding, diameter measurement, rewinding tab press roller, and rewinding web pressing mechanism
