The equipment is a fully automatic winding machine for prismatic Li-ion cells. It performs tab welding, sealant taping and automatic winding.

1. Double unwinding shafts, automatic splicing without machine stop;
2. Closed-loop tension control: low tension and precision servo control system, with real-time winding tension monitoring;
3. High-speed winding at variable angular speed and constant linear speed that caters to different roll finger widths and is convenient for model change;
4. Configured with EPC, serpentine correction, clamping correction, feeding correction.
