It is mainly used for fully automatic assembly of cylindrical 18/21 series cells, including JR loading, BI insertion, can insertion, anode welding, swaging, TI insertion, beading, Hi-Pot test, X-ray inspection, electrolyte filling, cap laser welding, crimping, cell washing, oiling, tubing, ink-jet printing, tray loading and other machines.

1. Production line efficiency options: 20PPM, 35PPM, 60PPM, 200PPM, 300PPM, 355PPM;
2. The production of different models of can cells can be quickly realized through simple switching of fixtures, and it is fully compatible with 18650 and 21700 general cans and T-shaped cans;
3. Two mainstream process routes are optional;
4. Whole-process data tracing is optional;
5. Modular design for main stations. In case of abnormality, module disassembly and replacement as well as single station disable are possible, making it convenient for maintenance;
6. Maintenance space is reserved, and lubricant oil feeding points are wired into one centralized position, making it convenient for maintenance;
7. Logistics line at feeding ports of each single machine is equipped with cell reworking/sampling position.
