It is mainly used for welding of anode tab and can, with the function of pre-welding center hole detection and post-welding tension test.

1. This process is designed with a capacity margin to ensure that the rest of the main line machines will not slow down/stop when replacing the welding pin;
2. Resistance welding or laser welding is optional;
3. The welding pin adopts a quick-change design, convenient for manual replacement;
4. Equipped with pre-welding CCD detection to avoid foreign matter blocking in the center hole;
5. The welding pin is equipped with pressure monitoring, and automatic alarm/machine stop is triggered in the event of excessive pin insertion pressure;
6. Optional tension test function to detect the welding strength.
