GDL coating machine is used to coat micro-pore layer on carbon paper. It uses slot-die coating method and a special structure to ensure the coating layer infiltrates into the carbon paper. The unique design of direction switch valve is able to reduce head and tail impact zone and all safety sensors have redundancy setting to ensure safety.

2. Micron-level gap regulating mechanism for gap between coating head and back roller;
3. Coated area seldom in contact with idle rollers to reduce catalyst shedding risks;
