Over the last two decades, our company has grown from a small factory with three employees, to the world’s largest provider of lithium-ion battery production lines, and the largest non-standard equipment manufacturer.

Our Hiring Process

Application completion

Once you find an interesting position, complete your candidate profile, upload your resume and any supplementary documents on our site.

HR screening

In the event your application progresses through initial selection, you will receive an email to schedule a departmental interview with details, otherwise, we will notify you via email.

First interview

You will be invited to attend your first departmental interview where we willl discuss the role, ask questions related to it, and provide insights about LEAD as a company.

Second interview

If successful in your initial interview, we will schedule a second with a similar format and additional questions; if not proceeding, we will notify you via email.

Application outcome

If your second interview is successful, we will extend a written job offer; otherwise, we will notify you via email or phone, offering feedback upon request.
